By sharing his journey to Truly Human Leadership, he hopes other leaders will see that the way they lead impacts the way people in their span of care live.  By seeing the impact of creating a caring and compassionate workplace, Chapman hopes to equip leaders who are ready to embrace real change with things they can do today to build better organizations for tomorrow.
